The location of the hotel was excellent for a ski vacation, just a short walk to the slopes. The breakfast options were varied enough to satisfy most people's tastes, and the coffee was quite good. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful attitude of the ski rental shop next door, who gave us great tips on the local runs.
The hotel staff were inconsistent with their friendliness and service, with some being unwelcoming or dismissive. The dinner options were uninspired, and we had issues with the quality of our food on multiple occasions.

Great location near ski resort and amazing panoramic view from the room. Comfy beds and overall nice room design.
Rude and unfriendly staff, terrible breakfast with limited options to choose from, no fruit or vegetables available. Dinner was salty, poorly prepared and inconsistent.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to the ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes. the room was spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. the bathroom was immaculate and well-equipped. the breakfast buffet had a decent spread of food including pastries, cheeses and cold cuts. the staff were generally friendly and willing to assist with any queries.
The other aspects of the hotel such as the service and dinner menu left much to be desired, especially in terms of variety and quality.
